- Please take note on the product descriptions (e.g. – material, measurement, color) before you proceed your order. Goods sold are not returnable.
- The picture display is taken with the actual dress. Due to lighting effect during photography and also each personal computer display setting, there might be a slight different in color of the actual product with the picture displayed.
- All clothes did not undergo washing care test. To be on the safe side, it is better to wash separately on the first wash, especially for dark color clothing.
- Coral D’ Season only accept online fund transfer and ATM deposit.
- Buyer are advise to inform us immediately after payment via email/sms with your payment details (e.g. – name, contact, payment amount, date, time) so that we able to verify your payment and proceed your order.
- Buyer may be prompt for payment receipt/evidence. Please do keep a record of your payment receipt.
- Balance or over paid, will be refund together with your delivery of goods.
- Coral D’ Season will be using Citylink Express for Peninsular Malaysia delivery and Malaysia Pos Laju for East Malaysia delivery.
- Buyer will be inform of their goods tracking number once the stock is ship out from Coral D’ Season.
- Normal it would take 1 to 3 days for buyer to receive their goods once is ship out, in case buyer did not receive their goods in 3 days, please directly contact the courier company.
- Coral D’ Season will not responsible for any goods damage or lost during shipment.
- If the goods return to us by our courier company, due to invalid address or unredeemed parcel, we will not bear the extra charges for resending the goods to buyer.
- Coral D’ Season will not accept any goods return at the moment.
